A whole pork is a great way to stock up your freezer with an array of delicious meals. You get to customize your cuts and package sizes to meet your family needs. You will end up with Chops, Roasts, Steaks, Ribs, Stir fry and Ground. You have options of Smoked Hams, Hocks and Bacon for an additional charge of $3.75/lb and/or turn your trim into sausages with an assortment of flavours to choose from for an additional charge of $3.25/lb. Sausages are done in 10-15lb batches.

A whole pig is the best option for the most variety! You can expect approximately 200 lbs hanging weight at $7.50/lb totalling around $1500. before adding your smoking and sausage.

The price listed is a deposit only to secure this animal in your name. Pork is $7.50/lb hanging carcass weight. This is before it is cut, ground, wrapped, etc... The balance will be calculated and due at time of pick up/delivery.

We aim for around 200 pound hanging weight so you can figure on or around $1500 before additional smoking or sausages. This is amazing pork raised right! Outdoors, digging in the dirt and foraging fresh greens!
