Pork is $7.50/lb hanging carcass weight. You will end up with Chops, Roasts, Steaks, Ribs, Stir Fry and Ground. You have options of Smoked Hams, Hocks and Bacon for an extra charge of $3.75/lb As well as option to turn your trim into delicious sausage for an additional charge of $3.25/lb. Many flavours to choose from but generally 10-15 pounds of trim per 1 type of sausage. And it’s worth every penny!

The price listed is a deposit only to secure this animal in your name. Pork is $7.50/lb hanging carcass weight. This is before it is cut, ground, wrapped, etc... The balance will be calculated and due at time of pick up/delivery.

We aim for 100 pound sides hanging weight so you can figure on or around $750 before additional smoking or sausages. This is amazing pork raised right! Outdoors, digging in the dirt and foraging fresh greens!

We offer free local delivery from Malahat, South / North Cowichan to convenient locations or pickup by appointment.
