This is a SPLIT SIDE of beef so you get equal cuts from both the front and the hind of the animal. You will have options for steaks, roasts, ribs, trims, ground, stew, organ meat, bones, fat. You choose your roast sizes, steak thickness and pack sizes. You can have sausages made from trim as well for an additional charge of $3.25/lb and are made in approximately 10-15lb batches. We can easily walk you through this process or have it done for you with just a few questions on preferences. FYI- A quarter cow will feed a family of 4 for about 3-4 months and take up about 2-4 sq’ in your freezer. You will love shopping in your own freezer for meals.
